The property was clean and accessible. The high- light of our stay was the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff members, in particular Zoila at the breakfast cafe. She was so incredibly kind and hardworking, ensuring that every guest was attended to despite seemingly being the the only employee working. The food was great and the service, even better.

Breakfast was very good, but not free or included. Great choices. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Blackout curtains are real and work. Staff was efficient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Comfortable lobby to gather with my family and friends on cozy sofas by the fireplace and a bar. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and in good condition. I like the seat in the shower. Makeup wipes were genius(needs to be more though ) The 4th floor was quiet, which was great. I like that there was actual glasses in the room for drinks.

The breakfast was included in the price of our room and it was made to order. The food was good and the portion size was generous even for the kids dishes. The room felt updated, was spacious, and clean.
